Initial spaces allocated.
Install/construction of 3D work.
Individual space prep.
Technician support.
Building and painting.
Work should be delivered to college from today.
Media students editing deadline.

Tuesday June 11th
Work begins to arrive from framers. Hanging begins.
Install/construction of 3D work.
Individual space prep.
Technician support.
Building and painting.
Brian Nicholson gathers moving image and audio
material in order to prep macs/cinema etc

Wednesday June 12th
Work continues to arrive from framers.
Hanging continues.
Brian Nicholson gathers moving image and audio
material in order to prep macs/cinema etc
·
Thursday June 13th
Work continues to arrive from framers.
Hanging continues.
Brian completes show reel order and burn.
Audio pieces and macs all installed and running on
loops.
·
Friday June 14th.
Hang is completed.
All work installed.
ALL LEARNERS WILL COMPLETE AND SIGN A UAL
AUTHENTICATION COVER FORM.
(This will be
typed, spell checked, and will include candidate number, Name, Pathway, Pathway
tutors, date of birth and blog address.)
ALL LEARNERS WILL SUBMIT SUPPORTING MATERIALS.
(Sketchbooks/folders etc will be labelled with the
same information as the candidate sheet.)
No loose submissions will be accepted.
Work plan and bibliography submitted.
If you have agreed to be absent on this day, YOU must
arrange to complete this before leaving THIS WEEK.

Monday June 17th.
Crits.
We will walk around the exhibition
discussing/reviewing the work on show.
This will provide an opportunity for students to
present their work to their peers and will contribute to evaluation.

Tuesday June 18th.
a.m. Crits continue.
p.m. Prepare for new cohort opening.
Evaluations submitted.
5pm. New cohort visit exhibition.
Exhibition introduced by staff.
Volunteer students discuss their work,
experiences/destinations etc.

Wednesday June 19th.
Exhibition private view. 6-8 pm.
After show drinks 8:30 Molloy’s public house.
After show party Barzooka until very late.
